Kumar Raja, Esq.

Kumar S. Raja, Esq. received his undergraduate education from the University of California, Los Angeles (Provost’s Honor List), where he majored in Economics and wrote for UCLA’s school newspaper, the Daily Bruin. He received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, where he was a Scott Moot Court Participant. During law school, Mr. Raja successfully completed externships at the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, where he worked for the Honorable Kathleen March.
Prior to joining Tinnelly Law Group, Mr. Raja assisted with the representation of several large master-planned common interest developments throughout Los Angeles, Riverside and Orange Counties. During the scope of that representation, Mr. Raja provided general counsel on a wide array of litigation and transactional matters. In one of those litigation matters, he successfully represented a common interest development in an action that resulted in a published decision before the California Court of Appeal (Healy v. Tuscany Hills Landscape and Recreation Corporation (2006) 137 Cal.App.4th 1).
Mr. Raja’s extensive litigation experience in the courtroom has given him the expertise to counsel the firm’s clients in the boardroom with respect to the long-term benefits and costs associated with Board actions. He has been an invited guest lecturer at multiple continuing education seminars involving common interest developments and condominium formation
Eric Zarr, CMCA, AMS
FirstService Residential, AAMC
Eric Zarr, CMCA, AMS, is a General Manager with FirstService residential and holds both the CMCA and AMS designations. Eric has worked onsite at the K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons at Beaumont Community Association, Inc a 55+ community with 1,853 homes. for 7 years, first as the Assistant General Manager and now as the General Manager for the past 4 years. Prior to being onsite he managed a portfolio of accounts for over 3 years including single-family homes, condominiums and townhomes. He was on the Board of Directors for the CAI-GRIE and served as secretary for 2 years and currently serves on the Communications Committee.
