*This is exclusively a Community Associations Institute-Greater Inland Empire (CAI-GRIE) homeowner and condominium associations industry event*.
Join CAI-GRIE for the Basic Essentials course. This course is designed to enhance the knowledge and skills of community association leaders.
Attendees will be guided by industry-experts and learn about:
• Common-Interest Communities, the industry, the legal foundation of the various types of associations and the roles of the people who help make associations function.
• The right and wrong way to handle rule enforcement.
• Reading financial statements and identifying the financial problems of a hypothetical association.
• A problem-solving approach that will help you face and solve the myriad of problems that occur in associations.
• Applying the problem-solving approach to maintenance issues.
• Board meetings, identifying all of the errors and suggested proper protocol.
This 8-hour course will be held virtually on Zoom and split over four days (2-hours a day) from 5–7pm as follows::
