President's Message

Before we leave 2023 behind, I want to acknowledge the contributions of our CAI-Greater Inland Empire Chapter’s Board of Directors, and particularly the leadership of our 2023 Chapter President, Ty Jaglowski for their dedication and service to the Chapter this past year. The past few years brought considerable hurdles, not just for our chapter but our industry as a whole. The chapter leadership, committees members and chapter staff worked diligently to bring value to the chapter members through social and educational events. I am looking forward to expanding on those efforts and make 2024 an even more spectacular year!

I am very excited and honored to serve as your 2024 CAI-Greater Inland Empire Chapter President. My journey with CAI-GRIE began back in 2010 coming from outside the industry and being immediately welcomed with open arms from so many members. Having served on several committees, co-chairing a few, and serving on the board now for my 2nd stint, this chapter has meant so much to my overall growth as an individual and sure others feel the same. It has been an excellent experience.

With that, my theme for 2024 is TEAM – Together Everyone Achieves More. Sports has always been a key component and contributor to my development as an individual. We all know that no one person can achieve success alone. We need the support and assistance of others to accomplish our goals. A TEAM is a group of individuals who work together towards a common goal. When we work together, we can accomplish more than we ever could on our own. We all need a TEAM to help us succeed!

Goals the board would like to accomplish for 2024 are to continue our membership drive and surpass 700 members, increase our dedication to education by adding additional luncheons, introduce new and exciting social events that will bring the chapter together for enormous fun that can’t be missed, and lastly keep pushing fundraising for CLAC which helps shape legislation to benefit our industry.

Our past and future success would not be possible without the members of our committees, board and all those that volunteer their time to advance the chapter. We welcome and encourage involvement from all of our members. Let’s work together, support each other, and achieve great things in 2024. So get involved and be on the TEAM!!!
