Education Luncheons
For 2025, CAI-GRIE is offering ten (10) dates for Homeowner Leaders and Community Managers to further their education and network with Business Partner members. Events begin with an hour of networking, followed by a buffet luncheon and educational presentation. Each event has been approved for one(1) hour of manager education credit by CAMICB. Several Education Luncheon sponsorships offer opportunities for Business Partners to highlight their products and services, such as Tabletop Exhibitor, or a chance to be a Speaker, Bag, Lanyard, Registration, or Networking Sponsor. Please visit each event to sign up for an available sponsorship.

Online/Virtual and In-person Education Courses for Homeowner Leaders
The Chapter offers online/virtual and in-person Essentials of Board Leadership Workshops and Advanced Essentials courses for Homeowner Leaders in order to give them the tools necessary for responsible community governance. Please see our 2025 Calendar of Events for dates and offerings.
